I found Steve and Shauna through a mail advertisement. Advertising does work! We set up an appointment and Steve came out to our house. We wanted to sell a vacation home in the Seabridge community in Oxnard. I immediately liked Steve’s expertise in the area and his sense of calmness. During the entire process I never worried about anything as Steve handled all the open houses and targeted the most compatible group of potential buyers.
